Hi- according to the koala goal - there should be a koala in storage. My friend got one from her storage, but there isn't one I my storage. I have tried restarting repeatedly but still can't find the koala. Can anyone help?

Thanks!!!

I am not playing zoo 2 but have you completed all the tasks under that goal to get the koala? I am assuming that you are suppose to get the koala after completing a set of goals?
If you are still showing that goal open, then you may not of finished all the goals to get it.
If your goal is now gone and you cannot see it anymore, first, restart your device to see if the Koala shows up, if not email support@teamlava.com
They will be able to look into your game to see you completed goal .

HI everyone just wanted to share that I finished the koala goal and also couldn't find it in storage. Since I play on an I pad and also on an I Phone I tested the goals on the latter device and it worked. So the problem for me seems to be with the iPad. What device do you play with without getting the koalas? Anyway, I will also email support to get my koalas on the iPad.
Thanks Kooky for the suggestion.

I will also report this over to GM.
Is the name of this goal Family Matters?

The goal is a two part one: it starts as Different families - have 2 crocs, complete croc family. 2) Family favorite - have 2 lions, buy a popcorn stand - finishing this unlocks the Koalas (as I tested with the iPhone).

I also tested on my husbands iPad and he got the same problem. No koalas unlock after finishing the goal.

My iPod (4g) has the same problem, but my wife (playing on an ipod 4g) and daughter (ipod 3g) both did not have a problem unlocking/placing the koalas. At this point I'd be willing to pay a gem or 3 to unlock/place koalas, especially as further goals require cross breeding the Koalas (bush babies for example). Kind of frustrating.

It seems like there is currently a bug in game in which the Goal "Koala Pals" asks you to buy another Koala before the quest "Family Matters" is finished. Can you all confirm that Family Matters (all parts; incorporating Family Matters, Different Families and Family Favorite) was finished before checking for the Koala in storage? After those are finished, the quest Koala Pals should be able to be completed.

I am playing on an iPad. I completed all the pre-requisite goals and koala pals came up. It says to get your first koala out of storage but he's not there. My friend on an iPhone had no problem.
Thanks!!!!

Yes all parts of family matters were completed on my IPAD and the koalas are still locked. Very frustrating indeed. The quest Koala Pals is there but nothing else has changed.

I also have a locked koala that is supposed to be in storage. There is no Family Matters in my goal list.

I am also on an iPad.

We found the issue with the missing Koala and are currently working on a fix. No ETA on the fix though, but hopefully soon.

Thanks for fixing, TL, I am now the proud owner of a new koala!

However, I had some difficulties with my storage screen, when I went to take it out, nothing would happen when I tapped on the koala. I've been noticing this happening for the last day or so in the storage. I had to restart my iPad to get it to work.

The missing Koala issue has been fixed. If you don't see it or can't place it, try force-closing the app or reinstalling it. Thanks for your help in fixing this issue.
