Notifications not working again

Kooky, my notifications are not working again. They were affected the last time this happened, then it seemed fixed, now it is not working. Notifications are working in my other games. I have already done a hard close, delete and reinstall. IPhone 4 IOS 5.0.1

Of course they are enabled. I don't post unless I check all possibilities first.
