pink star rating stuck at turning 4

For three days now I've tried to get my pink star rating to stay a 4. But every new day it drops back to 3 like it didn't save or something. What's up with that?? Please help!!!

Your rating falls over time.
Once you get it to four, keep liking at least 30 people.
Each day, like 20-30 people. That should keep it up. You just need to like above four, otherwise it will fall back.

Yeah, it actually doesn't take much to stay at 4, but there's a reason you'll see people drop down in rating and it just encourages you to keep visiting neighbors and community members.
