How do I get the slide in the seal display?

I noticed in other zoos that there were slides in the seal displays. I thought maybe that it just showed up when u bred 10, but I have 5never now and I am not able to breed any more. I am actually maxed out on all my animals. Will that change when I level up? Whats the deal?

Probably not zoo story 1 I doubt their will be more updates especially now that there is zoo2. I think zoo 1 is a dead game and won't have anything added to it anymore. It hasn't had an update in almost a year.
