I did not received the gems that I recently purchased. Does anyone encountered this situation?

There is sometimes a delay in your gems showing up. try restarting your device. If they are still not there, send an email to support@teamlava.com with a copy of your receipt showing when you purchased the gems. Also provide the game and your storm ID.

This has happened to me more than once. I have demanded a refund to my Visa and have uninstalled all Team Lava games. I waited a week....they just came today. I am so angry that this has happened a couple of times that I have decided that I am through wasting my time and money with Team Lava.
