LOL' 2012 here and they had to go over year in review for Philly, Nation and World before Fireworks. Gee 2011 was such a lovely year. Not counting my personal loss, Here in Philly we had 2 Blizzards, 1 Tornado hit in my part of city, a Hurricane hit and an Earthquake. And that was some of the better Highlights.

Yes, but you have equipment etc and used to it. We have no where to even put snow if could move it all. One year they tried dumping it into the 2 rivers but caused major flooding besides.

No, it is only 330 miles from here to NYC, but I used to work in Manhattan and have no desire to go there any more. Too old, I guess! We watched the ball drop from the comfort of our heated bed!!

Aww cute. Yes I had a Bishon and Russian Blue. Dog was named Snowy since pure white and fit in hand like a snowball a few weeks after born. Cat was stormy since followed me home and tried to take over house even with Snowy already here. Took to SPCA and then got a call a few days later they were gonna put down, so drove in a MAJOR Thunderstorm where had to stop and let it slow every few blocks to see to go get her. Hence named her Stormy.

They are usually not neutered and become ferrel real quick - poor things. We have a no-**** shelter near us, so a lot make it there. The lucky ones that don't die from malnutrition, disease, distemper, etc.

One cat we adopted is a great mouser. She was plaing with a 'toy' and it turned out to be a baby mouse. She started pawing at our kitchen cupboard and we found we had a family of mice in there.
