You can gift parts and food in Bakery Story.

When gifting food,

In general, Cappuccino generates the most profits.

When gifting parts,

1. Motor and Nozzle are currently not used in Bakery Story
2. Candy Cane Maker, Marzipan Oven and Fireplace Oven are added in Dec 2011.

Can someone explain how many gifts we can give to neighbors daily? max#s
How many can we receive?
Do these gifts (food and parts) combine with goal gifts (sugar, Measuring cups, butter, etc) into that total? Separate counts?
Can we request parts and goal items on the same day? Can we request two different goal items on same day?
How do these things affect our star rating or do they?

Gifting does not affect your star rating.
Basically, every 24 period (it doesn't reset at midnight anymore), each person can receive 20 gifts that have just been gifted normally.
Furthermore, they can receive up to 20 requested parts every 24 hours. So, if you request parts and receive 20 other gifts, it's possible to get up to 40 gifts per 24 hour period.

Note that with the 24 hours, if you accept 1 gift at 9 am, 4 at 11 am, and 15 at 6 pm, the next day you will be able to accept 1 after 9 am, 4 after 11 am, then 15 after 6 pm.
It does not do a midnight reset.

I hope this helps.

Parts for Appliance

Brownie and Chocolate Cake give the highest revenue now.
Cappuccino now gives the least.

Motor is needed for the new Full Chocolate Dip appliance (which some iphone users still don't have). Right now, the only part not used in Bakery at all is nozzle. Gears are the most highly desirable part in Bakery since the last 4 appliances all use gears.

Thank you pasterychef17 :)
I am on the iphone sooo that would explain it! lol. Is the Full Chocolate Dip the only thing that uses motor right now?

It appears that brownies actually now make 4 coins instead of 3. So...

Thanks for updating the chart.

Nozzle is still not being used in any appliance in Bakery. For as long as I've been playing (since last July), nozzle has never been used in any of the appliances I've built.

while i am at it i have people telling they are getting 10 coin for cappuccino yet i am watching RIGHT NOW and i get only 4 coin.
this makes me think not everyone gets the exact same thing (some randomness) or there are bugs.

That was taken just now. 10 coins for cappuccino, my dear.

Are you playing on the most recent version of bakery story? Perhaps you need to email support and report that you are only receiving 4 coins.

Perhaps you could take a screen shot from BAKERY Story that shows your holiday drink machine? The only one I know of is in Restaurant Story.

Holiday drink machine is in Restaurant, not Bakery.

I don't know if the chocolate dip machine or truffle maker will be pulled but you can buy both before end of day today and not have to complete them until later. So even if they're pulled after today, you'll still be able to keep the ones you bought, even if they're not built yet.
