Does all the goals have the Jan 13th deadline ?

I just want to know does all the goals have the Jan 13th deadline ?
Or only those goals with a mark of "limited"?

There has been no confirmation yet on if the Fashion goals will be removed on the 13th or if they will stay longer.

Maybe I miss read it but I thought the official post on the announcement thread says that only the holiday related goals were going on the13th. I assumed this meant the rest of the goals are here to stay?
