Too addictive. Any tips?

I love Restaurant Story and Bakery Story - too much! I am spending too much time on these games. I have tried various ideas to cut down on the time I spend, but they haven't really worked. Do you guys find these games too addictive? Has anyone found a good solution?

Yes, they are extremely addictive, and I play them on two devices. I do cut back when I need too though.
I always thought when I hit level 96, I would probably stop playing. I can't as too many lovely new additions to the games.

I only play RS and NcS. I had to give up BS and FS. Too much for me. But yeah I know what you mean.

I agree - I have just put the games I'm current on (cooking/mixing stuff etc), in a "hiatus" folder that I visit once a day. After the holiday goal frenzy, I burned out on my 4 story games!
