badge - wall decoration

I buy many wall papre, door, clock, and pictures but I can't seem to complete the "Badge". It's telling me that I need to 13 more wall decoration.

Help me plz.

Mine was completed when released, so I'm going to tell you what I saw in Bakery.

Wallpaper does not count. But the other wall decorations should. You have to buy them, not pull something out of storage.

Are you buying wallpaper and noticing the count does not decrement? Does the count decrement when you buy wall decorations other than wallpaper?
