Disappeared drinks!!!

My daughters has her NCS on my iPod! She is fustrated with her drinks disappearing! She has removed and reinstalled the app numerous times and just had it happen again! Please look into it ASAP! Her club name is "Bri's Lounge" and her 🆔 nickiminajbiach

Hi, I'm not sure if you're blocking the door in any way? Which device, device version and game version is been played on?
Have you tried restarting the iPod? It may help, also syncing the device might help. Does the device crash anything like that before the drinks disappear? Thank you. I'm sorry your experiencing this issue, it must be so frustrating.

sometime when the bartender put all drinks of same kind onto one place, it may happen he "drinks" some by himself...
e.g. lets say i have 1500 and 2000... but if put together its onlye 2500
and i noticed, the message says "drink "A" was placed onto one place" ..but if there are other drinks on multiple counters, they are merged too..
