I have been handing these out like crazy to my neighbors but still do not have any after sending neighbors a request. Why am I not receiving any? Add me - PetRescue - if you would be willing to send some because I'm beginning to think it's a glitch

If you are having issues, getting your goal items back, delete your game and redownload it from the app store.
Also remember that you an only receive a max of 20 goal/construction(combined) items in a 24 hour period.

I've noticed a delay with the requests. I checked and fulfilled all requests from my neighbors and then an hour later I checked again and there was a new one which said it was from 16 hours ago. It also seems that I will request items from neighbors and then several hours later there are requests from the same neighbors but none of my item requests have been fulfilled. And I know that everyone is very generous so there seems to be a glitch or serious delay issues.
