Missing recipies!

I've unlocked new recipes since the bagel recipie and just unlocked pepperoni pizza and the new seafood dinner recipies and haven't seen ANY of them in my cookbooks anywhere! I'd really like to make them all. Help?

do you only have stoves? Some recipes require ovens or grills.
