send request to finish goals..

I have request to send neighborly love and strawberry punch. But i don't know how to send them. Can someone tell me how to send this?

Hello☺You need to click request and select the people you want to ask

Go to your goal, then the task. Beside, it gives you the option (ASK). Click on that. It automatically selects all the nbrs. If there are some nbrs that you dont want them to ecieve the request, just simply uncheck it.
