No there is no way to restart a game.

No, there is no restart function currently. If you or someone you know has another device and the games are not being played on it, you can transfer your current games to that device, and have all new games on your original one. Just remember if you do that - it will transfer all the games, not just one or two.

With the collectibles..I know when u visit and leave tips that a rolling pin or glove or something will pop up...is there a certain number of tables u have to tip or neighbors u have to visit to make this happen?? Sometimes I get one item sometimes 2 sometimes none
