Not able to start a new game?

I can't seem to delete my game and start over. I've uninstalled, cleared data/cache, I've restarted my Android and also checked on my phone for the content, but nowwhere. Anyone be able to help?

You can't start again on the same device. Find a friend who doesnt have or want to play the games and transfer your games to their device, then you will have new ones.
