Last night i had 51 gems
This morning 1 gem left
I lost 50 gems can you help me

Possibilites: You may have tapped the buy slot twice. Each slot cost 25 gems. Or u have tapped on the arrows at the border of you shop. Expansion with gems, that is.

Most likely you bought a new slot twice. Don't expect TL to reverse that though.
