Uncheck all neighbors when requesting gifts

Is there way to uncheck all neighbors when requesting gifts beside manually clicking each one? Can you make it like gifting neighbors so we can only ask specific neighbors for a gift? Thank you.

if that is not annoying, it then tells you it sends it to all the neighbors regardless they were checked off or not...

I do like the quest. I just hope the neighbor problems are worked out. I have over 100 neighbors. I get messages still that say things like: 300 neighbors did not get your request, etc. I have made numerous send to neighbors for only 1 one 2 items per day, I get less than 20 accepted per day. I do not request any materials unless it is a gift. I submit quest requests numerous times a day to try and make sure I am covering them all (still the same item.)

I don't know what else to do.
