Game notifications are on but don't work

Notifications are turned on within the game as well as on my phone. Sometimes I get them from my TL games. Mostly I don't :( I do get notices from other apps so I know it's not my phone. Help?

Have you tried deleting and installing again? Shutting the app down and restarting? Restarting your device?

These are the usual fixes if it can be fixed without TL's work. What I hate is when a game sends me only some notifications - message on wall, tips, requests - but nothing for when my recipes are ready.

Could try turning notifications on/off and then restart your device. Which device are you playing on? Thanks

The device type doesn't matter in this instance. You need to email teamlava support. Another player did this and they fixed it

I've rebooted reinstalled you name it. As mentioned above the notifications are hit and miss. I'll get one about a wall post but none about my orders being ready. Sometimes it does tho, it's consistently inconsistent. I play on iPhone 4
