When you download this game,

This is my second time downloading this game,i had to upgrade my phone and lost everything so i had to start over why can't we just doenload the game and just sign in to still play ,instead of starting all over again i spend so much money on this game i don't like to start over.this is something we need please comment on this and help make it better

do u register a storm ID??? if u do. everytime when u detele and redownload again. it is automatically replace wherever your level are. hope it help u. also. what game are you play?/

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play.
Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
If you are on a Iphone, Ipad, Touch, or Ipad and you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information.


You can also try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8
