How many requests am I allowed to send out a day?
I know I am only allowed to receive 20 requests that I ask for but can I send a request to all my neighbours daily?
Example
I have 260 neighbours can I send out to all 260 neighbours or only 20 neighbours each day?
(I know even if I send out to all neighbours I can still only receive 20 back)
