Construction Site?

I've been visiting random people on PSS and have noticed that sometimes I come across a pet shop where the animals show up as construction sites. Why does this occur? If it were the bigger ticket animals, I could understand, but one was the German Sheaperd. :confused:

Anyone care to enlighten me?

When you get a new pet and place it, it takes a while to "build", the longest I've seen took 4 hours, during which it looks like a construction site. There are also "constructable animals" such as the great dane and poodle that require you to ask for parts from your friends in order to complete it. You were seeing one of those two things :)

Ooooh, that makes sense. I just thought it was strange because people had multiples of the construction sites at their pet shops. Thanks for the info!
