[What happens to the dividers] Can't be placed on the edge of a brick

Does anyone noticed this? It's totally a horrible change. Is it a temporary thing or permenant rule change??

No no it is different from restaurant. At least used to be. I found some of my pens can't be place back to their original positions just because the divider can no longer be placed on some certain position.
Does anyone encounter this?

I find it really nice when I started this game in the beginning. It is different from restaurant story feature and really convient to creat new design. Now it can no longer be placed closed to other items. This is really bad change. Now lots of things in my shop need to be replaced and no longer looks nice.
That is lame.
