Can't complete goals becuase I cant recieve gifts

Hi... I recieve gifts from neighbors but it doesn't discount from within the goals... Since this doesn't work I can advance on to the next level...

I also can't give any mechanical gifts - they don't show up.. It seems like I haven't gotten the gifts that are included with the new application...

What version of the game are you using? I think you have to be playing the Christmas version to get the goals stuff but the materials for the makeup counter should be viewable in the normal version...

Try deleting the app and redownloading, your game is safe on TLs server. Could also try restarting your device, let us know if it continues, thanks.

How do you know you are getting the gift for the goals from the nbrs? Are they posting on your wall that they are sending them?

The only way you can send a makeup counter gift, is if your nbr requests one. The parts are not in your gift list to give.

I am playing with 2 different IOs devices with 2 botiques. I sent the request for a flower to my one botique from my other botique. The request never arrived, this is requred in order to advance with the goals.... how is it possible that so much time passes before they accept....

I tested it out between my two devices.... I ask for an item and the request never arrives... how can you advance??????

I read in another forum that you have two delete the games and reinstal.. I did it for both of my Ios devices Ipod and Ipad....

the idea of reaching goals is interesting but it shouldn't be launch untill it has been fully developed and all the bugs worked out!!! This only causes distrust in Teamlava and dissapointment,

I once was completing a goal and I had everything except for one heart!!! how is it possible that not one of the 100 people that I know wasn't able to send me a heart... I have spend a lot of time and diamonds on this and up till now I haven't been able to get any of the items!!! I really want the piano!!!

another example in the save meow pt. 3 challenge I can't advance becuase nobody sends me a social media rep, all I need is one... I have sent numerous requests!

I am annoyed becuase it seems like the requests are getting through to the people that I send them too...

I hope they can fix this soon and make the game better and fun....

Delete both the normal and Christmas versions, on both devices. Reinstall only one version on both devices. Your offline cache should now be correct. You should be able to send the request and receive it. Please note that these do count as part of the limit.

Daojin Wildfire...

i have already don't this various times!!! and it still doesn't work.

I send exclusively requests from one store to the other becuase I only need one accept/item to pass the goal. I check both stores constantly the requests don't arrive and the few times that it arrives, I accept but the accept doesn't show up or go back to the other store....

why doesn't it take some much time for the transactions to happen, especially when I am missing only one item to complete the goal..

till when will the game be available?? I have spent a lot of time and money playing this game and feel that one day the game will be over and all that time I spent trying to get those items will have been done in vain!!!!
