I am using an iPad2 and I unable to click the clothes to order them. Is ther a system problem?

Try restarting your device or deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes it.

If I delete the app and reinstall do I loose my game status and start over?

No your game is saved on TL's servers.

Try force closing the app, double tap the home button, the apps will come up along the end of the page. Hold on a app until the red minus comes up, then close which apps are required. Let us know if the issue persists. Thanks.
