Help my doors gone

Ok with all my issues lately I did the update... then couldn't collect tips so I deleted game and reinstalled (again) now my door is gone and everything is distorted. Doing another determined install didn't fix....Help.... storm id is nvangel I'm on android 2.3.4

This happened to me once after reinstall (I'm on iOS though). For some reason it loaded everything else first and didn't load my door. I left the game running for half an hour or so and it reappeared. If other things are still loading that might be it... Good luck!
