fashion story catalog freezes

i cannot collect items ordered nor can i order new items. the catalog is frozen tried turning ipad2 off that did not help please advise

Did you ever get an answer? I am having the exact same problem and have lost stock due to expiring.

Please try deleting and reinstalling the game. Make sure you are playing the most current version of the game.
