View Full Version : after buying gems not working

i tried to buy gems.
after i registered my visa card, bakery story game is not working.
after registering card, it was force closed. so i restarted bakery and pressed buying gem button.
and it force closed again.
it keeps saying ' this application is force closed.'
it drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what can i do??
my phone is Android phone... HTC desire.
plz help me..... TT

Are you able to check to see if the payment has gone though? If a payment has gone though and gems have not been credited to your account. Email support@teamlava.com explaining your issue and include your storm8 ID and the game it occurred on.
For the force closing issues try restarting your device, or try moving the game to your SD card if this applies with your device. Let us know if the issues continue, thanks.

I already rebooted my device n reinstall bakery but it doesnt work..
And actually i dont know how to check my payment .. TT some people say they checked at google but i dont have google id .... It still says to force close. Should i send email to TL?? I sent them several times for other probs so they might be bothered . JMO :)

To check if the payment is showing on your credit card, usually we're able to check if payments are showing via online/ or by phoning your credit card company. It might be worth Emailing Google if they are the provider for the Android app market. Explaining the issues your having, hopefully they will be able to help.
Email support@teamlava.com if the payments have gone though, and youve recieved no gems.

It's never bothering them if you email them if you have issues. They are there for that reason. So don't be shy.

Could also ask for advice on the force closing issues, from the shop you purchased your phone from hopefully they have tech support to help you too.

REALLY THANK U ALL . I was very at a loss what to do but u all's advice was great comfort.
And now i send email to TL about an hour ago. i hope they resolve my problem ASAP :)

There's currently an issue with in-app purchases on the new Bakery, Restaurant, and Farm updates. We're currently investigating the issue that's causing the game to crash at the Google Checkout screen.

Oh actually, i send email to TL two times.. When i send second email, my bakery was updated and
force closing problem was resolved. And now gems are in my account(although i didn't want to buy 72gems...just 24gems i wanted). Sorry for the email about the problems u'v already resolved... TT
