How Much Is It Worth?

I know we have all had the same problem of wanting to sell something, but not doing so because we don't know what the items sell for. I've been looking around and haven't been able to find information on this. Am I missing it? If it just isn't available, maybe we could all help each other out by posting what we know you can sell an item for.

(Example: white round table 100)

Items you bought for coins are worth 10% of what you paid for them when you sell them. I don't know about gem items since I haven't sold any of those except for the bread basket we earned from the collectibles and I can't remember how much I sold them for. Otherwise I wouldn't sell back any items I purchased with gems since you only get coins back for them, not gems.

Any item that is sold, loses 90% of the cost to purchase. So to buy a white round table that cots 1000, it loses 900 which would sell for 100. I don't know what formula they used for items that cost Gems.
Or you could also divide the cost of the item by 10.
1000/10 = 100
1000 * 0.10 = 100

I've sold a gem item before, they refund some coins for the item instead of gems.
