Transfer Account?

I got a new phone and put my sim card in the new phone but when I downloaded fs on my new device I had to start the game over. Is it possible to transfer my current level and items to my new device, or do I have to start over? Thanks for any help that anyone can give.

You can do so at the TeamLava Site (TeamLava.com) if you have both UDIDs (see the site for more), or e-mail TeamLava Support (support@TeamLava.com) for further assistance.

If Andriod, then email support. If iOS, then follow these steps.

1. Go to http://teamlava.com

2. Scroll down, and click on "Transfer Account"

3. Select game and your past level.

4. Enter your old device's UDID, and your new device's UDID.

5. Click "Transfer my account".

Remember, this only works if you are on iOS.
