How do you turn fence around to form a square pen?

Can some one please tell me how to rotate the fence? I have tried using the edit/move icon but can not get the fence to rotate. Please help!

At the moment you can't rotate items. You have to buy the fence panel with the correct orientation to make up the square. Does that make sense?

There are 2 different fence panels for sale. One faces north/south and the other east/west. So you need to buy the one from the store that's Facing the direction you need since there is no way to rotate items.
