City Cash bonuses for Golden badges NOT credited

So it's the second time this is happening to me: i receive the golden badge, the game tells me that i've got one city cash reward, but finally it just doesn't give it to me. :mad: Pretty bad when your actually trying as hard as possible to reach the golden badges to get a city cash in return cuz you don't wanna buy any... I've been playing for a week about, i'm a FS player and it never happened in FS... What's wrong?
