my ipad suddenly can show some of the emoji,
it only show a square,
does anyone know what happened??

TL is aware of the Emoji problem, and working on a fix for them http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?20611-Emoji-Display-Issues-After-Maintenance

It's little symbols (smiley faces, hearts, etc) that can be posted with regular text. Emoji is not currently on Android (that's between Emoji and Android, nothing TL can do), though you can search for it in the app market, and see what they are. The other ones in the market are copies, and can be used in some messagings (text, SMS, etc).
