Customers looking for ladybugs/ farmhouses?

Just started on the xmas version. I have the odd customer coming in with symbols of a ladybug or farmhouse on their heads. They will walk around and eventually leave angry. What are they looking for?

This game has incredibly obnoxious advertising!

I will now only download a new game if it gives me a good sum of gems onto my Farm Story game. They use to have that. Haven't seen that offer in a really long time.

Am I the only one who gets a perverse satisfaction in clicking on that cloud above their heads, closing out the obnoxious popup ad, and then enjoying seeing the customer walk out of the restaurant mad/unhappy?
