How do you get your gifts?

I am a new player to farm story and I have had 2 gifts sent to me but I can't find them after I accept the gift. Is it because I have no dog? They sent me dog bones.....help!

Dogs bowls and regular gifts are in your inventory. Hit tools at the bottom of the screen, then edit, then on the left you will see an inventory button.
