Sending parts???

I am new to this constructible concept but think I have in figured out. Bought the box of parts, (make up counter), sent out requests, received a material request. Tried to send the requested material but it or any other materials were not in the gifting area. Am I missing something or is this a glitch that is being fixed? How do I sent and receive parts? Thank you

I've been reading the forums regarding this constructible and now I am really not sure how it works. Do I have to buy the parts as well as the counter. Really would like to know how this works. Thank you

The parts you receive can only be seen while managing the Make-up Counter. The window will show how many parts you currently have and have many you need to complete the item.

Great but when I click on manage counter all I can do is request parts. Or see how many are still needed to complete counter. How do I send parts to neighbors that are requesting them of me? I NEED a direct explanation as to how to do this. Step by step. Treat me as if I am an infant learning this for the first time. Can I please have step by step directions. I bought the darn thing Now how do I get to use it!!!! I do not play any of the other story games so please explain. Thank you

How do I send parts to neighbors that are requesting them of me?
Accept the part request. Once you tap accept, the part is sent to the neighbor. The list of part requests should be under Menu > Profile > News Feed.

I really do like playing this game and don't have a problem spending money on gems to keep myself entertained. I'm just trying to figure this out. Maybe I'm making it harder than it is? Lol maybe I just need to purchase the parts and call it good
