Hi All,

I can't figure out how to request sugar. I don't know if I have to be at a higher level or something. Would someone mind telling me how to do this?

Thanks! M

Is there a Ask Friends button? You should be able to click there and request it from neighbors.

Click on the goal on the left side of your screen, and there should be 3 sections (ie. buy such and such, serve such and such, x amount of sugar teaspoons). Beside how much sugar you need should be an "ask" button

I just bought and constructed a candy machine, I cannot make anything with because I have some goal to complete, this goal is no where to be found, so what is the candy machine for?

Goals are slowly rolling out over time. Once you get them you should be able to complete tasks that will allow you to use the machine/unlock recipes.

When someone requests a gift of sugar from you, you will get that request in the same manner as a request for an appliance part- in your newsfeed. All you do is accept their request and voila! You've gifted them some sugar.

It's a goal to complete to unlock the recipes for the new candy cane maker

Sugar is a new requirement to complete goals in Bakery Story, just as requesting slabs of beef is needed to complete goals in Restaurant Story

Are you guys seeing the goals in bakery again? I saw it two days ago, but after I restarted my game the goals disappeared...

They have been rescinded for some players.

Here's a quote about the info:

The revamped Quest system is currently available for some users, but not everyone at this time. If you have not received the new Quest system, or you saw it momentarily yesterday but it is now gone, then the Quest system is currently not available for your game. We are currently working to bring this new system to all players as soon as possible.
