Can not send sugar request?

Which device, device version and game versions do you have? Thank you. Could try force closing the app or restarting your device, let us know if it continues.

I'm using iPhone 4, up-to-date iOS5 and using the xmas version of the game. reinstalling/restarting hadn't resolved the issue

I requested sugar a few days ago from almost three hundred nbrs and only got one back for only one goal?!? I can normally build an appliance within an hour with nbr requests!

Yeah it's ridiculous! I'm guessing this is some kind of glitch. I've had the ability to send sugar for a few days now and have only gotten it ONCE. I still need 2 more to complete another goal :(

This is because it's a goal, right? Well, not everyone us GETTING the goals. I don't have them, I respond to the request but suspect now that some neighbors aren't getting them because I asked in Farm for the red bow and have not received a single 1.

TL doesn't release the goals to every player, and I think this causes problems when you request items from players who don't have them.

Hi everyone, well I have not tried to send a sugar request to anyone but what I am having issues with is someone sends me a request for sugar I got to their bakery hit the gift button and then when I scroll throught the gifts I can send there is no sugar there just the normally food and stuff from before the update. I have reset my device and have redownloaded and have completed updates and still nothing. I also have resturant story and the sane issue there with the gifts not being in the gift screen. I have an ipod touch version 4.2.1 and the game verison for bakery is 1.4 and resturant is 1.4.1. Thank u I just want to send sugar!

I used to have the Chillby the snowman and goals on my screen at the top left but I haven't seen them for a couple of days now. I'm on original iPad playing latest version of bakery Xmas. I just started getting the requests from neighbors for sugar today. Couldn't figure out where they were coming from and why I couldn't do it. Until my daughter got an update for regular bakery story today on her iPod touch. I went and looked at her bakery and she has goals and was able to ask for sugar which I received a request from her for. I restarted my device but still no goals. Would they really be taken away even though they had appeared on my device before. I deleted the original bakery story from my device so that I could use the bakery Xmas exclusively. Should I reinstall the original?

I have a samsung galaxy prevail n keep getting requests for food but cannot send one myself!

i send sugar together with note but no one confirm /reply back to me that they received. I also did not receive any sugar yet. So this task, no work (also the red bow). Next time, someone request I will hit accept and move on, don't waste my time to write a note

Quests aren't available to Android players. That's why you cannot send food.

This is just like Farm with the red bow problem! I have spent 3 days requesting sugar and have yet to receive 1! I have given plenty out just like bows but I'm wasting time and requets for 1 sugar!! TL needs to fix these issues now!!

Still NO sugar ... TL do something!!! This is the 4th or 5th day of requesting and not received it bit have been able to build 4 new appliances!
