redownloading and starting over again

Hi,

I want to start my bakery game over from the beginning (just started yesterday) but when.I tried to uninstall the game and restalling it onto my phone, it went back to my original game. Is there another way of doing it? I'm just going to do this once since I realized that I mixed up my storm id with the bakery name and wasted my gem in the beginning, etc. Is there a way to start fresh again?
