Paid to Expand. Lost money and no changes!!!

I recently saved 1million to expand my bakery to a 13x16. I paid and my bakery shows no changes! On top of that, I lost my money.

Try restarting your device to see if it's shows? Which device, device version and game version do you have? Thanks

You can email support@teamlava.com so they can look into your game, to see if you were given the expansion. What is the next expansion size that you can now get?
Is it back to 13x16 or did it go up to the next level?

I have whatever version is on the iPhone. I emailed support but they sent me here. The next expansion size is back to 13x16.
