Cabana Lounge?

So I'm somewhat new to Restaurant Story, and was really excited several weeks ago that the Cabana Lounge appeared as a buyable item. Then the next day I checked back in on my game and it was no longer there.

Is this a limited edition item, and will it be available again? I honestly had thought I had imagined it until I found a thread talking about it. So confusing!

It was a limited edition item, I don't know when it will be available again. On the weekend of thanksgiving, they had brought back a lot of limited time offers for a few days.
