I want to buy gems for fashion story by gems but can not...I'm living in VietNam but my visa's account and itune's account are in USA...when I click to buy, I saw: " contact the ITune store but I don't understand how can I do it???
Pls help me, I want to buy some items but don't have enough gems!!! pls tell me how can I buy gems!! :((

I had issues too and got this message when I was trying to purchase the bigger packages. I had to buy the 105 gem package to get it to go though.

I finally restored my iphone and now I am not having the issue, but restoring does take time and you have to make sure you back up everything.
