Can't purchase gems....anyone else?

Trying to buy gems but I guess TL doesn't want my money because every time i try to purchase nothing happens.....it doesn't freeze or go out of sync.... I tap Accept to purchase them and nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem in RS?
