I was browsing the app store and it turns out that 4 Teamlava games are in the top grossing games of the year section for 2011! As well in the top games consistently in top grossing section as well! Congratulations Teamlava your games are a huge success!!

I agree that TL can do better to keep players interested and not quit with a bitter taste in the mouth. My neighbors are dropping like flies. This week's updates are awesome, and much appreciated.

congratz TL, but you seriously have to set a refund policy...

- defective items caused by TL - refund
- misclick eg extra slot, more coins (although you have a lot of them) - refund. understood: items from special boxes no refund.

the gist... common sense and the policy of Treating Customers Fairly. there is a workshop for such things, if you would be interested.

I think an undo button for misclick (extra slot, expansion, items changed from coins to gems, gems to coins etc) would be good. For special boxes, how about a confirm button (if still misclick twice, then I have no complaints). But no undo for special boxes, this I understand totally. Or simply just a confirm button for all gems usage.
