I know! cos he is undergoing changes which can be from image to size or price!!!! just like makeup counter! maybe the penguin waiter is waiting for his penguin waitress sitting at the makeup counter beautifying herself for the holidays thus all have not made the appearance. Then the waiter is having a drink (in the teaser) while waiting.
