Pet Shop name not displaying iphone emoticons

In fashion and nightclub, it can display iPhone emoticons.
Now it allows me to submit my pet name but displays square instead of icon.

Mine is doing the same. I don't see emoji on most story games now for Christmas versions or for my Zoo2 name.

Most are not working which is a shame, some work like numbers and hearts. I'd have liked animals in my shop name too. Many players are showing as squares, this is on the walls too.

I have a dog in my name; it shows up as a square. I am hoping this will be fixed soon...

Mine is too it won't show my a horse in my name and it's showing as a box... Sad!!
