Going up levels

Why is it that im am goin up levels bt not openin anymore outfits? Im curretly on level 42 and i see other boutiques on levels higher than mine with stuff i dont have..how come
im not gettin dem?

The last catalogue item unlocks at level 38, however the weekly updates often include new catalogue items or new decorations etc. which items or outfits might you be missing? Thanks
