Money not adding on and disappearing

Hi I went into my restaurant this morning and my overnight sales were 59,000 but it never added onto my total and I keep also loosing money. My total is now sitting at 19,000 which isn't even remotely correct. This isnt the first time this has hapoened and frankly it is roy starting to annoy me. I have seen other ppm complain about this issue but wat I wanna no is how r we supposed to advance in our restaurants when we cant buy or do anything. Do we even stand a chance at recieving the money we rnt getting and loosing or is it just stiff.

You should have either received the food back or been credited anyway.
It is a known problem.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling your game, but it may not have much effect until the manual update.

TL is currently working on the issue.

I can say the cause of the losing money issue (at least a majority of the cases) seems to have been caught by engineering and should be fixed in a new downloadable update. Unfortunately, I can't speculate on when this would be, but it is definitely a high-priority bug to fix.

How is it that gems can "disappear"? I'm sitting with 39 gems before the down time today and when the game came back on line I had 14!

Did you buy anything, even accidentally? Look through your wall and floor tabs for anything new. If you still don't see anything, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, game, date, and what happened. They will be able to look into your game from there.
