How much does it cost to expand to these restaurant sizes?

16x19
17x20
18x21
19x22

I believe 16x19 was 2M

Can you skip a level of expanding if you have the coins to purchase a higher level? I tried to purchase 19 x 22 and it told me i needed to first by 14 x 17!

No, you cannot skip a level. I tried that also. Doesn't work. Need to do them in order.
