my cashier

My cashier wasn't at my boutique, with my design wrong. how can I call her again? my customers go back. I lose them. :confused::confused:

I don't quite understand your problem.
Is there something blocking the way to the cashier?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game (your progress is saved)?
And could you possibly post a picture?

Yes, blocked. When I was open the game, there is writing : ' A cash register has been blocked.' If I uninstall and reinstall the game, I will lost my levels, star ratings and my neighbours.

Firstly, your games are attached to your ID, which is attached to your device, which is attached to TL's servers.
You will not lose any progress from uninstalling or reinstalling.
Trace the route with your finger from the door, to racks/mirrors and cashiers. If there's a blockage, remove it. Otherwise, please upload a screenshot of your boutique so that someone can help you find the problem.

One of your racks is in front of your register. You will get the message "A cash register has been blocked" if you have anything in front or behind your register.
